HB 180 - This act creates a Women Offender Program within the Department of Corrections to address the needs of women in the criminal justice system. The act also creates an advisory committee to include the Director of the Office of Women's Health, the Director of the Department of Mental Health or designee, and four other members appointed by the Director of the Department of Corrections.

This act is identical to TAT SB 200 (2001).
